Quick Mount PV Wins Florida Approval

Quick Mount PV, a U.S. manufacturer of watertight solar roof mounting and racking systems, has received approval from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) for its full line of L-Mount and QBase Mount solar mounting and racking hardware.

The approval simplifies project permitting and installations for solar installers in the Sunshine State, the company says. Quick Mount announced its expansion to Florida earlier this year. Florida, like other states, has created measurements to determine whether products comply with a set of standards set by the DBPR.

“We’re proud to be the first solar mounting product to receive Florida DBPR approval. Quick Mount believes in the Florida solar market, and we’re committed to simplifying solar installation for our customers,” says Yann Brandt, Quick Mount PV’s president.
